Day 1 brings hunger waves and the old broadcasts trying to reassert themselves. This is the broadcast leaving — not the body failing.

You have not earned anything today. You are positioning your body to dine. The clearing is mercy.

Today’s Practice

  1. Read and pray through today’s sheet below.
  2. Continue your fast form. Soften the approach if your body needs it.
